A delegation from Iranian companies visited BIC to get acquainted with the opportunities available in Basrah.

The representative of Iranian Commercial Attaché, Mr.Mahdi Najat said" the companies visiting the BIC today have 50 thousand production factories in Iran and in the rest of the world ,it export products to 120 countries and functioning in 30 countries to provide engineering and technical services". 

 Mr. Fairouz Ardsherian, the manager of Namoran Co. said" we have 30 years of experience in the fields of Oil and Gas and there are 10 refineries in Iraq need to be rehabilitated and we will seize any opportunity available in this field".

On his side, Mr.Redha Snajian, the manager of the Industrial Projects Co.said"our work is highly focused on start the spending and building dams, we are looking for what fits our work here in Basrah". 

The Iranian investor Mr. Mohammed Jamal explained "our company has residential projects around the world like Venezuela where the number of the residential units reaches up to 8500 units.We try to apply these projects here in Basrah".

On his part, Dr. Haider Ali, BIC's Chairman said" There is an available opportunity of establishing pipeline between Al Shuaiba Refinery and Al Taji or Al Dorra Refineries to establish Jet fuel where there is a lack in the southern governorates which need such kind of projects".
