Her majesty, Emma Nicholson a member of House of Lords in the United Kingdom sent a letter to BIC appreciating and thanking the efforts exerted by BIC that made the Iraqi-British investment companies conference as successful.

In her letter ,Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne said" we were delighted with the substantial discussion the conference had on putting mechanisms in place to base our work together on". She also added "It is important that we agreed to establish forums on the Oil and Gas Sectors and General Investment under the chairmanship of the Chancellor of Basra University. This is a highly significant achievement, which will lead towards our future cooperation". She also mentioned" IBBC delegates were very grateful for your support and cooperation throughout our visit and for the excellent efforts of your team".
