The Iraqi State Company of Central Shopping which is affiliated to the Ministry of Trade calling all the National and International companies that are specialized in the construction of commercial malls to submit their investment proposals.

The ministry picked "Um Al Broum Square" in the city center for this purpose which is of 9354 m² area ; also the state company has determined the following basic points for the proposal submissions:

1- Presenting technical proposal illustrating the constructions details with the exploited dimensions of the land with the outline of the architectural facades.

2- Presenting commercial proposal illustrating the project cost and the financial cost expected and the mechanism of dividing the revenues.

3- Designating a proportion of the state company's staff as the project is accomplished.

4- The investor should present the designs of the auxiliary facilities like restaurants, luxury centers, conference hall, gardens and car parks.

5-The Company must have identical achieved projects and experience in the construction and management of malls supported by official letters from official references.

6- Providing the time frame of the project accomplishments mentioning the investment period.

7- Interested investors shall submit their proposals within 45 days.
